Yesterday, June fifth Bill and I have married for a grand total of forty-four years. I was twenty and Bill would have turned twenty in two weeks. I feel truly blessed to have been one of the long-timed wedded. We are off to Padre Island next Saturday! A few days at the beach sounds heavenly right now.

Congratulations! In this day and age it is very unusual to see a couple that has been married for that long.
